Premier Sustaining Partnership Announced

Growth Development Associates, Inc. (GDA) and National Council for Continuing Education and Training (NCCET) are pleased to announce a Premier Sustaining Partnership which will provide Sale Training and Consulting for Community Colleges across the NCCET membership.  NCCET understands the issues facing Community Colleges today such as decreasing enrollment rates, low completion rates, and workplace skills gap.  They recognized the NCCET Members needed a partner who could assist colleges in building strategies to support and engage their internal resources while offering a curriculum that would address the workplace skills gap. Through this partnership, GDA is able to provide credit and noncredit sales training offerings, online and face to face courses, management training, and business consulting to assist the NCCET Membership in addressing and overcoming these issues. 

Our partnership goal is to offer NCCET Member Colleges the ability to offer a Sales Curriculum that can be delivered online or in the classroom. The partnership will offer College leaders and staff, business consulting, to assist in growing revenue and FTE, building a stronger customer service offering and strengthening community relationships.  This will lead Colleges to greater success in reaching and serving their communities.  Eric Richardson, CEO of GDA says, “Every organization… from colleges to non-profits and from global corporations to entrepreneurs… every organization needs clients and supporters in order to survive.  Sales is the communication process of building the relationships necessary to understand your customers’ needs, then providing real value to address those needs to achieve mutual satisfaction.  Whether communicating with clients or with internal co-workers, every organization needs solid sales fundamentals to grow.”
