How to Register
The preferred method for registration is the online secured registration form. Registrations will be accepted on the official registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

Scholarships may be available to cover the costs of the registration fees. If you are interested in this scholarship should they come available, please email us at email@example.com. This is a first come, first serve option. Limit 1 per community college. This is a member's only benefit.
Included in the registration fee is the evening reception, breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Monday and Tuesday, plus admittance to all of the sessions. The Tuesday evening celebration event is also included.
Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive emailed confirmations/receipts of registration once processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact NCCET before The Academy to guarantee receipt of your registration.
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations prior to or on May 10 will incur no penalty. Cancellations after May 10 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to NCCET and received by May 30. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after May 30 because committed funds and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.
Substitutions from within the same company are permitted at no additional cost if received by May 10. After May 10, substitutions are $50. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
If NCCET cannot hold The Academy due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. NCCET is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with The Academy.
